Off-Site Build Process with Trinity Homes
Step 1: Property Review
If you already own land (or you’re considering purchasing a lot), we will begin our process with a simple property review.
- Contact Trinity Homes and one of our representatives will schedule a time to go through our off-site checklist and gather preliminary information about your property.
- We’ll help confirm key details early so you can move forward with confidence, choose the right floor plan, and begin customizing your dream home.
Step 2: Select a Customizable Floor Plan
We offer 26 customizable floor plans created for every stage of life and lifestyle to act as a starting point for your off-site build. Whether you’re growing your family, looking to downsize, or need to accommodate multiple generations under one roof, we have a strong selection of layouts for you to choose from.
From there, our semi-custom approach allows you to make modifications so that the home best fits your needs. For example, maybe you want to expand the owner’s suite for more comfort and space, or maybe you need additional storage room or pantry space. Whatever you have in mind, we will walk through your ideas together and fine-tune the plan so it aligns perfectly with how you live.
Step 3: Design Center Selections
Once your floor plan is confirmed, you’ll be invited into our Design Center to bring your home to life through finishes, fixtures, and materials that reflect your personal style.
Don’t worry about having every detail figured out before your appointment; our team will guide you through each selection step-by-step and offer recommendations that feel chic, timeless, and aligned with long-term value. While we offer extensive options at our design center, we also strive to accommodate custom requests to ensure your home fits your vision.
Step 4: Build + Construction:
Once your design selections are finalized, we’re ready to bring your home from concept to construction. Throughout the building process, we prioritize transparency and clear communication around your home’s progress, so there are no surprises.
