Schedule Your Design Appointments
The Design Center process begins with scheduling two separate appointments:
✓A one-hour exterior selections meeting
✓A three-hour interior selections meeting
Appointments are typically booked two weeks in advance, although earlier availability may be possible for exterior selections. To ensure accuracy, all executed contract documents must be brought to the initial appointment.
Step 2
Make Time-Sensitive Choices First
Things are moving quickly—construction waits for no one! The first appointment includes decisions that need to be locked in fast, including:
✓Framed-in shower niches (interior walls only)
✓Poured or tiled shower floors
✓Optional drawers for standard vanities
These features must be finalized within 24 hours of the exterior meeting. Planning ahead for these items ensures they’ll be part of the final build—and keeps the home on schedule.

Visit the Design Center and Bring Your Dream Home to Life!
The final appointment is where the fun really begins. With floor plans and timelines set, it’s time to personalize every finish and feature. From flooring and lighting to cabinets and countertops, this is the stage where each home starts to reflect the buyer’s unique style.
With guidance from the Design Center Coordinator, the vision becomes reality—right down to the final detail.
